By-Laws Committee

1. Shall be appointed every other year, beginning in September 2006.
2. Shall review the By-Laws, propose any amendments and deletions.
3. Compile a recommendation for any changes to present to the Executive Board and general membership at the May general membership meeting, beginning May 2007 and continuing every other year after that.
4. Approval of By Laws, including amendments, if any, shall occur at the September general membership, beginning September 2007. Approval of By Laws must be by a majority of the votes at a meeting attended by quo rum.
5. Members: Chairperson appointed by the President and 2-4 members approved by the Executive Board.
